Frequently asked questions

What is Fraudly?
Fraudly helps users analyze websites for possible scam signals, phishing risks, suspicious behavior, and trust indicators using automated intelligence and AI-assisted analysis.
Does Fraudly guarantee a website is safe?
No. Fraudly provides automated informational analysis based on available public and technical signals. Results are not guarantees and users should always use their own judgment.
How does the trust score work?
The trust score reflects multiple signals Fraudly could reach at scan time. A higher score suggests fewer concerns—not guaranteed safety. A lower score highlights caution—it does not automatically prove fraud. Scores can change as new public data appears.
What does Fraudly check besides domain age?
Depending on available data, Fraudly may review HTTPS and DNS context, scam and phishing feeds, brand impersonation patterns, webshop contact and fulfillment cues, reputation indicators, discount urgency, social-ad shopping patterns, and possible dropshipping signals.
Does Fraudly replace my bank, police, or consumer advice?
No. Fraudly is an extra safety layer before you click, buy, or share personal data. For payment disputes, reporting fraud, or legal questions, use official channels—not Fraudly alone.
Why might a new legitimate website still score cautiously?
New or low-traffic shops often have limited public reviews, reputation history, and verification data. Fraudly may show caution even when a site is not fraudulent—combine the score with official sources and your own checks.
How does Fraudly handle privacy and my data?
Fraudly does not use advertising or cross-app tracking for ad profiling. Optional analytics run only with cookie consent. Avoid submitting passwords or card numbers in URL checks. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Can Fraudly detect phishing websites?
Fraudly helps identify suspicious patterns commonly associated with phishing, impersonation, and scam websites.
Why can scores change over time?
Website risks and reputation signals can change quickly. Fraudly continuously analyzes new information and public intelligence sources.
Is Fraudly free to use?
Fraudly currently offers free website safety checks with additional features planned for future releases.
Does Fraudly store my scans publicly?
Some scans may appear anonymously in public activity feeds to improve platform intelligence and transparency. No personal data is intentionally displayed publicly.
