This is currently a limited pilot program for selected organizations.

Fraudly Business workflow for employee training and certification

Step-by-step overview

  1. Create or join a pilot organization

Selected organizations join the limited Fraudly Business pilot. Access is coordinated with Fraudly — not open self-signup for every company.

  2. Invite employees

Managers add team members and send invitation links. Employees access the training flow through secure invite URLs — no app installation required.

  3. Employees complete a short practical awareness flow

The 15-question flow uses realistic scenarios covering phishing, fake webshops, fake invoices and impersonation attempts relevant to everyday work.

  4. Passing employees receive a certificate

Employees who meet the pass threshold receive a certificate. Validity periods can apply depending on pilot organization settings.

  5. Managers review completion, pass rate and common weak spots

The manager dashboard shows who completed training, overall pass rates and score patterns that may indicate areas needing follow-up.

  6. Use insights to improve awareness

Pilot feedback and dashboard patterns help managers reinforce practical habits — and help Fraudly refine training for smaller businesses.
